Hebei Qiruite Rubber and Plastic Product Co., Ltd established in February, 2012. It is a high-tech enterprise gathering the research, production, and sales as one. Our main product is automotive air conditioning hose.The hose constructed with rubber material, reinforced textile yarn and a thick inner nylon lining.

After extruding, braiding, vulcanization and others technology steps, the raw material will be turn into the eco-friendly hose, which has a good performance of pressure resistance and permeation resistance.

We have been auto air conditioning hose industry for over decades, with research and development of technology, we solved the world wide problem, which is EPEDM rubber can not bonded well with nylon lining and polyester textile yarns.This technology make us enter into the forefront of industry.

Our hose is produced following the Domestic standard QC/T 664-2000.

There are 18 technical test requirement about auto A/C hose. Each test is a strictly requirement for auto A/C hose. Our hose products have passed all the QC/T 664-2000 tests in a third party institution. Some of the test item parameters exceeded the required parameter of this standard.It provides a strong technical backing for us, when we cooperate with different customers.

We have the ability of independent Research and Development, specialized lab, experienced staff. For each patch hose products, there is a strictly control in raw material quality and stability of rubber.Furthermore,we also can improve the specific aspect of hose as customer’s requirement, and produce the tailor made, customized hose products for customers.

Our hose products sell well in Asian market, American market, Mid-east market and export to Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Panama,Australia,Russia, India, Turkey and others countries. The products help us earn a good reputation in customers and world.
